2026 Recertification Instructions

2026 Referee Recertification online course opened on October 1, 2025.
Go to the US Soccer Learning Center – under your Referee profile and navigate to the courses list. Make sure Wisconsin is the host state.

Upon successful completion, your RefInsight profile will automatically update to make you available for assignment and self-assign for 2026.

Also, anyone over 18 years old, check your SafeSport and background check expiration dates to see if you need to complete any additional items in 2026.

For Referees who register through another state, there is a $50 access fee to have their Ref Insight account re-activated.
